During the Siggi campaign on Indiegogo, we have received many questions regarding Siggi and the campaign in general. Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions as well as general information regarding the production and shipment of your Siggi.
Campaign questions
Before you receive the Siggi you pre-ordered, with the specific configuration you wanted, we will ship a DEMO SIGGI to your store. The purpose of the Demo Siggi is to provide you with a physical bike that you can show to your customers, so you can start taking pre-orders for when the Siggi you pre-ordered arrives.
You will receive the Demo Siggi later this fall. Your own Siggi will arrive in January 2024.
At this moment we are in the midst of deciding which specific components will be most suited for Siggi. The overall design is finalised except for very minor details and improvements. We will make sure to update the SPECIFICATION TABLE found on the FEATURES OVERVIEW page.
The best way to stay updated is to keep an eye on your inbox. We will send you emails, whenever there is an important update.

We have sent you an email with an ORDER SUMMARY that you need to confirm, so we are completely sure that your pre-order was correctly recorded. Then we will send out a ORDER SURVEY where you can fill in details about your desired color. When we have collected this information, you will receive your ORDER CONFIRMATION and INVOICE.
