Please note that by using PayPal or Bank Transfer you are not protected by the objection system.
We take payments in Euros and DKK. If you pay using a card which have a currency other than these, the amount you will be charged will be based on the currency conversion rate applied by your bank or charge card company applicable.
Custom bikes must be paid fully in advance of production start up.
Our prices do not include the shipment but do include VAT. We offer flat rates for shipping within Denmark and to countries in the EU.

Shipping flat rate EU: 1100 DKK / 148 EUR
If you live outside of Denmark and the EU, we highly recommend you to send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org to get rates about shipment. It is also important for you to be informed about the statement and location of your purchase. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary information about the delivery process.
Delivery times range from 2-16 weeks depending on the bicycle you choose to buy. If we have your frame and hardware package in stock, we ship it within 2 weeks. Frames are build in series and lead times for shipping bicycle configurations that are out of stock is 6-16 weeks.
We aim to reach as many people as possible. You can contact us directly at email@example.com and make an arrangement, but we can make no promises that we will be able to ship to your specific country.

As a customer outside of Denmark, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In other words, it is your own responsibility, so take your time to look it up before you buy.
You are eligible to return your bike within 14 days after receiving your product, when you shop on the website. Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, but we do make a point of offering the best support to help you in the return process.
If it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually, the right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the final product in physical possession. If the order is an agreement of delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts, the right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession.
It is important for you to notify us within 14 days of receipt if you want to withdraw your purchase. If you want make sure that your withdraw enquiry will be taken care of, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your message must clearly stipulate that you want to use your right of withdrawal. For custom clearance purposes, we encourage our customers to write the reason of their return to help us making the return process easier and faster.

Please, remember that you cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.
Above all, we want to make sure that our bikes fits your needs and provide you with a great service. We perfectly understand that you may, on occasion, choose to return bikes that does not suit you. We’re doing our best as a small business company to give you an answer as quickly as possible. Please, allow us 5 working days to give you an answer.
If you purchase more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are purchased and sent as one order.
Please, send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase.
When returning your purchase to Coh&Co, ensure the product is wrapped securely preferably in the original package. If on receipt of your bicycle, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.
Sadly, we do not have the capacity to offer free return, you will have to pay the direct cost of returning the product. Please be careful, you bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product.

The following product types are excluded from the right of cancellation:
The delivery of bikes manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or bikes which have been made clearly personalised are exempted of return. We encourage our customers to come to our workshop to visit and try our bikes before ordering any customisations.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it will be considered as used, which means that you when withdrawing from the contract can only get part of the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the price.
If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund payment for the product(s) received from you, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
In the case of a faulty product, Coh&Co will refund payment for the delivery costs.
We can withhold reimbursement, until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.
