About us

Bicycles for life

Coh&Co is a Danish bicycle company with a mission to bring new riding experiences, quality, and a sustainable mindset to urban cycling.

We believe that when you start a new brand, you must bring your own ideas and innovations to the table. You must ask yourself how you can do better and you must ask that question frequently.

Our ideals are rooted in the thought that we need to raise the bar on how we experience riding, maintaining and owning our bicycles. We have developed two concepts we are particularly proud of: StoneWeave and Recapture.

StoneWeave is our proprietary frame material technology, which is based on carbon toughened up with basalt fiber. In our effort to design and produce high-quality bicycles for the urban environment, we thought of ways to improve on the average city bike. The basalt component of StoneWeave results in a bike frame that is great at absorbing shocks from the road. This is a great benefit for urban cycling. On top of the comfortable characteristics of StoneWeave, it is also recyclable at the end of its lifecycle. It is when that time comes that our Recapture Programme becomes relevant.

Recapture is our circular eco system for all our bikes. After riding your Coh&Co bike for 10 years, we will buy it back with the purpose of refurbishing and reselling it or recycling and repurposing the frame materials. We always reuse the components where possible.

That is why we like to say that we make ”Bicycles For Life”.
