Every once in a while it is good to get some air under your wings and a couple of weeks ago me and a good friend did exactly that. I needed to deliver a VeloSled to a new owner in Aarhus and what better way of delivering a bike than on it’s own two wheels!

At the same time my good friend David wanted to explore the world and decided to hop on a plane from the UK to Copenhagen to visit and join me on a little mini-adventure. With almost no planing and on very short notice David hopped on a plane from Gatwick and I met him at the airport in Copenhagen.

The next morning we got up through our stuff into a couple of duffle bags along with any spares and a great big old Northface VE-25 expedition telt and loaded up the VeloSled, pumped up the tyres on the Siggi I used to cross Austria on this summer and off we went for a little 3 day cross along the country roads of Denmark to Aarhus.
